Riaa was a naga warrior in a trade relationship with the saurians.

Riaa was one of the nagas who interacted with the saurian metal traders.[1][2] Upon arriving at the beach where the saurians' operated, Riaa saw that they were under attack from a group of humans, led by Prince Haldric. Despite attempting to intervene, Riaa was unable to stop Haldric from killing saurian traders Tirasch and Ssirk.[2]
