Tan-Hogar was an orcish warlord who was commissioned with guarding the sacked Midlands.

Tan-Hogar passed through one of the Lich-Lords' gateways from the distant west to the Green Isle.[1] After the sacking of the Midlands, he joined Tan-Vrodis and Tan-Bok in guarding its remains.[2]
