Gameplay
This is a peaceful scenario where the only losing condition is to move next to an enemy unit. Only Largo and Hugo are available to the player in this map. The map is littered with various enemy units and allied NPCs. The allied NPCs include:
- Captain Athos, who has a quest involving finding a serpent in Deep Inside the waters near Elixion. Completing the quest by encountering and escaping the serpent gives the player 70 gold. Completing the quest by killing the serpent gives the player either 200 gold or a Galleon, depending on the player's choice.
- Brother Darcus, who has a quest involving finding his missing amulet. Completing the quest gives both Largo and Hugo extra 8 maximum hitpoints. He cannot be talked to by a player that has the Morteau curse.
- Danielo, who sells a Dhow (for 100 gold), a Caravel (for 125 gold), and a Frigate (for 175 gold) to replace the player's current ship.
- Percival, who is only relevant during the quest to give Crow's letter to an agent of the Black Blade situated there, which is him.
The notable locations include:
- A tavern for buying ale (for 3 gold) and getting sloshed (for 8 gold), which have a chance of increasing Largo and Hugo's maximum hitpoints.
- A trading port where the player can sell their rum for 33 gold, jewels for 34 gold, and spices for 14 gold. This is the best place for selling rum and jewels.
- A cauldron near Andok, which the player can buy or steal from him.
- A halberdier statue in the center of the fort, which is only accessible if Largo or Hugo has been trained in skirmisher ability. It can be stolen to be used for a figurehead.
