Peasant Tools (GEB3)

I've had this idea on the back burner for a while. But it was beyond my ken to code. I didnt tell anyone cause I didnt want you guys asking when I was going to add something I had no idea how to do. Basically peasants will no longer be able to use the blacksmith shops, instead they have a seperate section in the blacksmith that allows them to purchase new tools. None of these are coded yet, but now I know how. The exact uses may change between now and release.

You can only have one tool at a time. There will be an icon to tell you which tool you have.

Axe: This peasant no longer loses moves for cutting wood (which means he could cut up to 3 hexes per turn). But he only gets 9 wood for trees and 4 wood for reeds.

Pick: This peasant gets a random gold bonus (on top of his regular earnings while mining) from 3 to 7 when mining (will not work while automining).

Shovel: "Dig Deeper" no longer costs moves. And "clear the ground" no longer costs money.

Hoe: This peasant gets back his 1 move when he plants crops, allowing him to keep planting until he runs out of dirt.
