Why shouldn't we edit this page?
I understand that you want to keep it in synch with the distributed manual, but not allowing editing cripples all the benefit of using a wiki in the first place - to develop the document collaboratively.
Wouldn't it make more sense to allow the wiki to be edited, then, when it comes time for a version release, eyeball the wiki, make any required tweaks, and package a snapshot of it with the version release?
