The Eastern Invasion
Scenario 1- Gweddry is under attack by two of the of the undead brothers and the leader of them, a lich named Mal-Ravanal. Dacyn discovers a trapdoor, and they manage to escape.
Scenario 2- Gweddry navigates through the caves, with trolls blocking him. He is pursued by one of the brothers.
Scenario 3- He exits the cave, and finds himself surrounded by enemies. He kills one of the weaker brothers, and defends himself from the dark adept's castle castle. He breaks free either to the west or east.
Scenario 4A- (to the west) He meets elven allies in the forest. He plans to go north, but is blocked by mountain orcs.
Scenario 4B- (to the east) He accidentally enters enemy land, and a lich chases him. He has to defeat a necromancer that is in his way to get back to the border. OR, if he defeats the Lich...
Scenario 4.5- He goes further into the enemy land, and meets a group of lichs led by an ancient lich. he has to battle his way out He then gets to the north unhindered, leading to...
Scenario 5- The leader holding the northern outpost, named Owaec, joins Gweddry. They decide to attempt to get back to Wesnoth, and tell about the enemy to the king. Owaec commands horsemen and bowmen, so you can now recruit those units.
Scenaio 6- There are two paths, the northern one guarded by orcs, the western one by undead. He has to choose which one to go on. This will lead him into the Northern lands, where he will be fighting orcs and leave the undead behind.
Scenario 7A- (to the north) He reaches a river that forms a boundary with the northern lands. he is chased by lichs, and blocked by orcs. Both of the officers must get across.
Scenario 7B- (to the west) He reaches the river where it is narrower, but is blocked by undead. He must defeat them to secure the crossing.
Scenario 8- Gweddry finds Ogres in the northern lands, and tries to get them to join him. He, Dacyn and Owaec have to keep them from running into the mountains before the rest of the troops arrive.
Scenario 9- He meets dwarves and elves, and asks them to help him. They are narrowminded, saying everyone who is not a {dwarf/elf} is an enemy. Orcs arrive, and there is a free-for-all. Gweddry must defeat all enemy leaders.
Scenario 10- While traveling through the mountains, they reach a bridge across a lake. They have to get across before Trolls and Gryphons kill them. When they reach the end of the path, Gweddry, Dacyn and Owaec are captured by troll warriors.
Scenario 11- All of Gweddry's army is captured by a bunch of orcs. Gweddry, Owaec, Dacyn and two others escape through a crack in the cave wall, and have to get out of the caves. At the same time, the rest of the army tries to escape from their cells.
Scenario 12- The orcs muster the rest of their army, and chase him after he leaves the caves. he reaches the southern river, which has a bridge across it. He must get across the bridge and throw it down, to stop the orcs from crossing it. Everyone left on the northern side dies.
Scenario 13- He encounters a lich in the undead army, which has recently defeated one of the greatest dragons ever, Khrakrahs. The lich raises the dragon, and you must defeat the dragon to win.
Scenario 14- He must fight his way through the undead to the capital and reach the king, who welcomes him.
"Scenario" 15- Gweddry, Dacyn and Owaec arrive in Weldyn and have a council with the king and his adviser. They tell about Mal-Ravanal, and Dacyn reveals who the lich is - an old enemy of Dacyn. Apparently Dacyn had beaten Mal-Ravanal in a contest, and Mal-Ravanal wanted revenge. They decide that they will try to defeat him by taking advantage of his pride to get him away from his bodyguard.
Scenario 16- Gweddry is put in charge of the city's defenses, and must repel the first assault on the city. At the end, a messenger from the undead leader comes out and gives Gweddry a choice.
Scenario 17A- Gweddry can fight him in a "duel". They will be on an island, They will each have 6 recruiting spaces, and on the second turn all castle tiles turn to dirt. The leaders and these five units fight, and Gweddry must defeat him to save Wesnoth. There are about 60 turns.
Scenario 17B- Gweddry refuses the duel, and must attack the enemies, since the city is under siege and will starve unless they win within five days.
