wesnothd is the muliplayer server for Wesnoth, shipped as a separate executable named wesnothd. Points of interest regarding the server are:
- MultiplayerServerWML for the network protocol
- ServerAdministration for admin commands
- MultiplayerRooms for info on the new (1.7.3) room system
- WesnothdDesign for some info about the design of the server
