Rhonda is a Debian Developer and produces the backports for http://backports.debian.org/ so that users of a stable Debian system also get the chance to use more recent versions of the game. She is also responsible for the IRC logs you can find on http://wesnoth.debian.net/. Additionally she helped a bit with the GermanTranslation too and runs wesbot as helper on IRC.
