Rhonda is a Debian Developer and produces the backports for http://backports.org/ so that users of a stable Debian system also get the chance to use more recent versions of the game. She is also responsible for the MultiplayerServers running on wesnoth.debian.net and the IRC logs you can find there. Additionally she helped a bit with the GermanTranslation, too.
