So far, this is just Cph's comments, so feel free to refine the suggestions or add alternatives (otherwise it is just a "how I completed DM" guide).

The walkthrough was written from playing through at Great Mage. Contributions where lower skills need a different approach would be good.

Can all the "Old Version" stuff be dropped? It looks old.
