Saurian sprite cleanup
All Saurian sprites and animations were updated to follow Wesnoth's art guidelines as well as fix multiple inconsistencies, such as the Oracle's robes being the wrong color in its southeast melee attack animation.
Fixes
Add-ons not updateable from multiplayer lobby
Add-ons that a player has already installed, but are outdated, will now be updated when joining a game that needs a newer version rather than only appearing to update but actually not doing anything.
