Command history for in-game consoles

Now it's possible to browse the command history with up/down keys when using in-game consoles, such as one in debug mode. If the player jumps to the previous command with some unenterred text in the textbox, it will also be stashed. Chat messages, however, won't be stored like this to avoid spam.

Disengage orb

The orb above units' hitpoint and experience bars now shows a new state. Units that can move but can't attack are now shown with an orb that is part yellow and part red. This will be shown for Under the Burning Suns' disengage ability and for similar UMC abilities that give extra moves after a character attacks.
