Rhonda is a Debian Developer and produces the backports for http://backports.org/ so that users of a stable Debian system also get the chance to use more recent versions of the game. She is also responsible for the [[MultiplayerServers]] running on wesnoth.debian.net and the IRC logs you can find there. Additionally she helped a bit with the German translation, too.
