	Actually, I publish The Observer in little bits and pieces, whenever I want to. 'Daily' seemed a bit often, so it became 'weekly'. 'Whenever' is probably the best descriptor, but it sounds unprofessional. Irrevenant (I think) ripped wikipedia's front page and put it here. It is better than what I had made originally, so I kept it.
