that's completely different from animations, and I have no idea how hard it will be, I'll have a look&lt;br /&gt;
I think we should keep the &amp;quot;auto mirroring&amp;quot; feature between eastern and western directions, though...&lt;br /&gt;

as for animation, I find your lack of imagination.... dirsturbing :)&lt;br /&gt;

filter on defender's weapon,&lt;br /&gt;
standard unit filter on defender &lt;br /&gt;
standard unit filter on attacker (filter on quantity of damage taken for example)&lt;br /&gt;
filter on attacker's terrain&lt;br /&gt;
filter on defender's terrain&lt;br /&gt;
filter on turn number&lt;br /&gt;
filter on x/y location&lt;br /&gt;
....&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I can filter on anything, an UMC might want to do weird stuff... &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
same thing for other animations&lt;br /&gt;
defending and death animations could have more or less the same criterias,&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
and if I have it my way, leading, standing (and maybe also standing) will become animations&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
so go for it :)&lt;br /&gt;
