The notability of a subject in the World of Wesnoth determines whether it is eligible for an article on the wiki or not.

Characters

Not all characters in Wesnoth meet the wiki's criteria. If a character does not have any spoken words, nor is ever mentioned as an individual important to the plot, they are not notable. An example would be Thegwyn, one of the loyal heavy infantrymen in The Fall. Such characters should redirect to the scenarios in which they first appear.

Chompey is considered non-notable because it has no spoken words, despite making audible noises, and it is not important to the story. Eowarar is insufficiently important to the plot and has no spoken words, therefore he does not merit a page.
