Vrogar passed through one of the Lich-Lords' gateways from the distant west to the Green Isle.[1] After the sacking of the Midlands, he temporarily left while his master, Tan-Hogar, was stationed there.[2]

When he returned, he found Tan-Hogar under attack from Stormvale refugees. Though he attempted to come to his master's aid, he was unsuccessful in preventing Prince Haldric's men from killing Tan-Hogar.[2]
