Tan-Rinak was an orcish warlord who attempted to prevent refugees of the Green Isle from safely landing on the Great Continent.

Tan-Rarbag passed through one of the Lich-Lords' gateways from the distant west to the Green Isle.[1] From there, he followed the Lich-Lord Jevyan to the Great Continent using ships seized from across the Green Isle.[2] Tan-Rinak was one of the Lich-Lord Jevyan's followers, and was sent to the western shoreline of the Great Continent where Prince Haldric's remaining refugee ships were attempting to land. In spite of Jevyan placing a curse of darkness over the humans, Haldric's army, Jevyan's force was defeated and Tan-Rinak was killed.[3]
