Jessene (also known as Lady Jessene and Queen Jessene) was the husband of Haldric I and first royal consort of Wesnoth. Despite being born into nobility as a princess of the Wesfolk, she was forced to flee as an outcast when the Lich-Lords built a portal, allowing orcs to invade. At first, she attempted to settle in Stormvale, but was soon driven out.
